For several years, we have been developing pulsed, high voltage antennas to compliment state-of-the-art Marx generators. Two systems currently under development are listed below.
APELC is close to offering a Marx generator driven 6 ft. reflector Radiator designed to generate an Ultra Wide Band signal with an electric field strength in excess of 300 kV/m. The system is built around APELC’s compact MG10-3C-940PF Marx generator, and includes a high voltage power supply, high voltage trigger unit, and control.
APELC is close to offering a Marx generator driven 12 ft. reflector Radiator designed to generate an Ultra Wide Band signal with an electric field strength in excess of 800 kV/m. The system is built around APELC’s MG40-3C-2700PF Marx generator, and includes a high voltage power supply, high voltage trigger unit, and control.
