Technology Summary
The APELC MG15-3C-940PF is an ultra compact 15-stage generator designed for compact, high power RF applications. This generator is characterized by a sub-ns risetime (400 ps) and GW peak power levels. The generator is capable of delivering 300 kV into a matched load, or as much as 600 kV into an open circuit. The generator is designed to deliver 33 J per pulse, and has an impedance of approximately 33 Ohm.
